The only think I would think of saving is maybe your campaign, otherwise when you play multiplayer, it's all saved online I think that may be the only good thing IWnet does.
User Info: lelouche. They are in your steam folder under back-ups. You have to back-up your saves from steam online before that folder and your saves will be on your computer. First fire up steam. Then click on 'file' in the upper right corner and select back-up saved games. Then chose the location etc of where you want the files saved.
It will save them in by default in your steam folder under backups. If you need to restore your backups just click on the first saved folder and click the steam app located in that folder and follow the directions. Hope this helps. I had to do some reading to figure out your games are now saved online instead of on your pc. I guess they are doing this so you can play your game from any pc with steam and MW 2 installed.
